    Clubnizer was created from real involvement in youth sports. Through volunteering as a coach and being closely involved in organizing teams, training sessions and matches, it became clear how much time was spent on administration instead of focusing on the sport itself.

    Managing members, tracking attendance and following up on membership fees often felt more complicated than necessary. There were spreadsheets, separate messaging apps, manual payment lists — and none of it talked to each other.

    Managing a sports club means handling personal data for members — including youth members. We take that responsibility seriously and build Clubnizer with security and data protection at the core.

    Controller & Processor Structure

    Clubs and organizations act as Data Controllers, determining what personal data is entered and maintaining lawful basis. Clubnizer operates as a Data Processor for club member data, handling it only according to club instructions. For account-level data, Clubnizer acts as Data Controller.

    Modern Cloud Infrastructure

    Clubnizer is built on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access controls and monitoring are in place to help protect against unauthorized access.

    Designed with Data Protection in Mind

    Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard the data entrusted to us.

    Minimal Data Collection
